I’ve been hunting for interesting things to decorate my Minnesota with, and on one beautiful Saturday, took me to Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckinridge. It’s a fun drive through the mountains to get there, but be careful on holidays or weekends. The traffic from people in Denver heading to the cabin can be overwhelming. Also, a good idea to watch the weather when headed out to make sure you’re not going to run into snow.
Frisco is currently one of my favorite places on earth; The mountain views around town are stunning, and the downtown portion has a great small mountain town feel to it. Plus, there is a pretty darn good sushi place, as well as one good burger place.
