The trail I intended to hike in Evergreen was closed for the season. Plus, it was a tiny bit too cold – so I wound up just doing some freestyle exploring. I stopped at the Wild Bill Museum, Lookout mountain, the Boettcher mansion and checked out all kinds of neighborhoods, houses, and several towns just west of Denver.
