I’ve done this one a few times most of the hike is flat, but you get to go past Dunafon castle. The Dunafon Castle is primarily a residential property, but the gates are opened to select Colorado brides for weddings from May through October. Nestled in a mountain forest and circled by the gentle waters of Bear Creek, this enchanting home has been called Colorado’s Camelot by Home & Garden Magazine.
The rest of the hike goes up the hill. It’s a pleasant little walk, but nothing too harsh!
